Perseverance, effort and curiosity are the essence through which we live and on which we have built the Rabassaries project.
We do so by recovering unused spaced in the urban surroundings of Vallès Occidental, trying to make the mosaic ever greener. We work this land manually and artisanally, to respect the vines and their fruits as much as possible.
We cultivate the vines with products that are not of chemical origin, and we don’t use insecticides or pesticides, aiming to be as sustainable as possible.
In the cellar, all wines are created artisanally. We seek to respect the product in all its stages, preserving its essence as much as possible.
In the creation of our wines, we try to collaborate with local businesses from the region, and avoid intermediaries, as we believe in helping the local economy.
We are currently growing vines in Cerdanyola del Vallès and we have various budding projects in the Vallès Occidental region. In the coming years we hope to have the opportunity to grow vines in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Terrassa and Sabadell, and to keep working to expand our Rabassaires project in all the Vallès land.
The intention of Rabassaries is for everyone to be able to enjoy our wines during moments of happiness and celebration with family and friends.
