90% Ull de llebre, 10% Garnatxa negra
This wine has its origin in the old vineyards of the historical (ancient) Canaletes aqueduct, in the municipality of Cerdanyola del Vallès.
Harvested by hand, in boxes of 12 kg. Destemmed but uncrushed, the grapes are subjected to carbonic maceration until they are half fermented. They are then devatted and crushed barefoot. The last stage of the fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Battonage with their own lees during at least 6 months in the same tank and partial aging in barrel for 8 months. Posterior refining in bottle.

This wine has its origin in the old vineyards of the historical Canaletes aqueduct, in the municipality of Cerdanyola del Vallès.
Harvested by hand, in boxes of 12 kg. Destemmed and gently crushed. Pellicular maceration for 48 hours. Spontaneous fermentation using regulated temperatures for the process. The last stage of the fermentation is done in American oak barrels, where the wine will age over its own lees for 4 months. Posterior refining in bottle.

Artisan vermouth aromatized with 10 native flowers from “la Serra de Collserola”. The different flowers have been carefully selected for their aromatic and medicinal properties. They are handpicked and macerated for 40 days and 40 nights.
